The white oak in our barrels are carefully selected through long-standing relationships with dependable and renowned stave mill suppliers.
Our wood contains the right amount of tyloses, which help make the barrel water-tight, and is seasoned outdoors as nature intended. There it is aged for just the right amount of time to release unwanted bitterness while preserving the perfect amount of natural sugars. Only then is it worthy to become part of our barrels.
